PROJECT WORK
From the very beginning, the planning and realisation of our tasks has been carried out in the form of project work. Sometimes these were smaller projects such as the creation of the cycling and hiking map, but sometimes they were more extensive projects such as the organisation of the summer camp. As project manager, the organisation was responsible for defining the framework conditions and managing them. But projects cannot be realised alone. Working groups were set up. Clearly defined goals, co-operation with many partners and as a team, and good communication are some of the factors to be included that lead to success.
Today, we are proud to have planned and successfully realised a large number of projects. Each project brings new ideas and we are constantly expanding our network of partners. This “Projects” page is intended to provide a brief overview of our previous project work, as well as an insight into current and future tasks.
OUTLOOK
The RGV Schlaube Oderland e.V. will continue to dedicate itself to various projects in the future, some of which will take place in the Brieskow-Finkenheerd district. While some of these projects are already in the realisation or concrete preparation stage, others are only at the idea stage. Various future projects are possible, some of which have been initiated externally and some of which have been developed in-house. For example, the idea of creating a charging station infrastructure for e-bikes is currently being taken up again. Furthermore, the reactivation of the Friedrich Wilhelm Canal (canoe tours), combined with the possible creation of bathing areas, is once again coming into focus. A permanent, annually recurring German-Polish holiday camp is also conceivable, and so on and so forth…
Thanks to the good co-operation between the individual decision-makers, be it the Brieskow-Finkenheerd authority, the Oder-Spree district or sometimes the state of Brandenburg and the various partners in Poland, the RGV Schlaube Oderland e.V. will continue to put its work at the service of the region’s inhabitants and visitors in the future.
