Ferry connection Aurith - Urad

This major project includes the creation of a ferry connection between the German Aurith and the Polish Urad. After years of work and sometimes considerable effort, but also with a lot of support, it was possible to create the framework conditions for this new water-transport connection. In addition to the construction of various permanent buildings, a partially new tourism infrastructure accompanying the ferry had to be designed and implemented on both sides of the Oder. This was also achieved through various individual projects by different institutions, with RGV Schlaube Oderland e.V. often taking the lead.
