FERRY CONNECTION FROM AURITH (D) TO URAD (PL)
This major project involves the creation of a ferry connection between the German town Aurith and the Polish town Urad. After years of hard work and considerable effort, but also with a great deal of support, it has been possible to create the framework conditions for this new water transport connection.
Departure times of the ferry Aurith – Urad
The ferry only runs at weekends:
Saturday and Sunday between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.
Ferry period
2024 – May – September
Due to shipping police regulations, the ferry connection is only possible within the following Oder water levels (Eisenhüttenstadt)
Minimum water level: 230 cm
Maximum water level: 350 cm
